Sustainable Sinsal Festival with reusable plates

The attendees of the Sinsal SON Estrella Galicia Festival, since 2019, have been celebrating without disposable plates thanks to the use of Ecofestes reusable plates, thus enjoying the wide gastronomy that Sinsal offers, without creating more waste, or carrying the weight of a glass plate.
