  • How often can reusable plastic cups be used?

    Our reusable cups are very resistant and durable. They can be used and washed as many times as necessary

  • Can they be washed in the dishwasher?Yes. They resist temperatures of more than 90ºC, which allows them to be washed in the dishwasher without any problem.
  • Are reusable plastic cups suitable for hot drinks?Yes, they resist the boiling temperature without any problem.
  • Can cups be used in the microwave?Yes, our reusable cups and plates are suitable for heating food and drinks in the microwave.
  • Do cups contain Bisfenol A?No, our reusable cups are totally free of Bisfenol A (BPA)
  • What kind of plastic are the cups for the concerts made of?Most of them are made with polypropylene homopolymer. You can check the technical datasheet of each product.
  • Are there different models and capacities? What is the most common?Among our products you will find cups with different sizes and for different purposes, from the coffee size to the tankard, but the most common is the eco30 (33cl)
  • Apart from cups for concerts, have you got other products like dishes and cutlery?Yes, we have three different models of reusable dishes which can be personalised. Cutlery are resistant because they are made of reusable plastic.
  • Are glasses made of plastic?Yes, although they look made of glass, they are reusable plastic glasses, and moreover, they are very light

  • How to calculate the number of cups I need?Usually, you need about one cup per person. In case you do not know the total number of participants, we are at your disposal to advise you. You also have the possibility to rent some of the cups with our rental service. Thus, you will always have a stock just in case.
  • When do you send the bill?The bill is sent by e-mail the day after the order is taken to the delivery service. Attention! Check the data and the customer contact before sending the order to avoid mistakes in the bill.
  • All orders are billed?Yes, you will receive by e-mail a bill for all your orders the day after taking it to the delivery service. Attention! Check the data and the customer contact before sending the order to avoid mistakes in the bill.
  • For a design of different colors in serigraphy, how many photoliths do I need?Each colour needs a photolith. In the on-line shop, after selecting the inks, the needed photoliths will be added automatically.
  • Can we ask for different cup colours with the same cup model?Yes, you can choose our different colours available. The minimum number of each colour is a box and the ink colour cannot be changed.
  • What can I do if I cannot make a correct design?Ask our graphic designers for help. We offer you our designer who is specialised in designing reusable cups
  • Is it necessary to send the cup design to make the order?No, you can send it after the order but you need to take into account that the production time will start after validating the design.
  • How much time do you need to produce the cups?It depends on the quantity, the type of printing and the season. It is usually from 10 to 15 working days. You can ask us and we will tell you the estimated time.
  • What payment methods are accepted?You can pay by means of a bank transfer, paypal or credit card in our on-line shop.
  • Is it possible to pay after receiving the order?No, as the product is personalized, it cannot be produced until we receive the payment.
  • Is there a minimum quantity of cups to order?

    Yes. The minimum quantity is an entire box. For example, in the case of the eco30, the smallest box is 125 units.

  • Are changes and refunds accepted?Changes are accepted until the order is in the production process. You can change the amount, colour, ink, model and design. Refunds are not accepted as it is a personalized product. Only in case of a production mistake, the refund will be accepted. For this reason, it is very important that you check the design and the order before validating it.

  • Are all your products customizable?All the cups, tongs, pitchers, plates, are customizable at least with 1 colour, except cutlery.
  • What surface of the cup can be printed?Each model and printing techniques have different sizes. All colour printing (CMYK) allows using 100% of the surface. Download the template for each model on the web.
  • Can I buy reusable cups without personalising?No, our products are personalised, but if you need non-personalised cups, you can talk to us personally.
  • What printing techniques are used for the cups?All cups admit serigraphy, a lot of them admit all colour printing (CMYK) and some of the digital printing. Check the technical datasheet.
  • Who designs the cup?The design is always in charge of the customer, but our purpose is to help you at any moment. You will find templates on the web page for each model and type of printing with the technical instructions. We also have a generic design catalogue to adapt it easily. We also offer our specialised design service at a very affordable price.
  • Do you have a design service?Yes, for a very affordable price our designers will give you a modern and attractive proposal.
  • What colours can I use in serigraphy?Colours must be PANTONE colours. We have colours in stock, but you can choose any pantone colour for 15€ each. From 3000 units special pantone has no extra cost.
  • Can we use the same photolith in different models of cups?No, each model needs its own photolith adapted to its size.

  • Can I manage the transportation of my order myself?No, but if needed you can contact us
  • Can I manage the pick-up of my own online order?

    Currently this option is not available, but if needed you can contact us.

  • Can the delivery be on a holiday?No, deliveries are always on working days.
  • Can the orders be sent urgent?From the online shop this is not possible but if you need your order urgent, you can contact us.
  • In case I don’t receive the glasses, what can I do?We always control all the deliveries. In case you don’t receive your order, contact us and we will provide you the expedition number.

  • Is there any other alternative to buying reusable cups?Yes, we offer a renting service of generic cups. After using them, you only have to return them. Click here for more information.
  • What cup models can be rented?You can rent generic cups of the following models E30 (33cl) and E50 (50cl).
  • Can we contract renting service in the online shop?No, you have to contract it personally with us.
  • What is the minimum number of cups for the renting service? And the maximum?

    The minimum number of cups to rent is a box of 125 for E30 (33cl) and 80 for E50 (50cl).

    For the maximum number ask for availability.
  • How can we contract the washing service?To contract the washing service, contact us directly, as this service is not available from in the online shop.
  • What’s the minimum number of cups for the washing service?There is no minimum number. You have to take into account that the transportation is in charge of the customer.
  • How many days are necessary to wash the cups?This is difficult to calculate, as it depends on how many work there is in the washing room and the number of cups. A maximum of 7 days should be enough.
  • Do you wash cups which are very dirty?Our washing service is able to eliminate solid residues and bacteria from any reusable cup. We do not reject any cup unless it is strictly necessary.
  • How can we reduce the number of cups needed?You can reduce the amount by using our renting service H2Go or our portable cupwashing, or by using safety stock of renting cups.

    Very easy and without the need to register!

    1. Choose the purchase option
    2. Choose the desired product from the menu
    3. In the product sheet, select "see price"
    4. Then choose cup colour, quantity, printing inks, graphic service and transportation.
    5. Once all fields are completed, select "add to cart" and see the detailed budget.

     

    From now on, the purchase process can be finalized by registering as a customer and make the payment by transfer, or Paypal
